The Jewish House believes in its motto of "People Helping People". As such, the Jewish House maintains strong relationships with a large number of community organisations.

The board and management of Jewish House work closely with many parts of the community to ensure that resources across the community are made available to Jewish House clients and that Jewish House services are available for those in need referred through its allied organisations.

The Jewish House works hard to contribute to the spiritual needs of a variety of organisations. In hospitals Jewish House coordinates the delivery of kosher foods and essential spiritual texts for Jewish patients.

The Jewish House provides pastoral services to both Jewish and non Jewish members of the NSW Police Service and other institutions. It also provides pastoral care in all of the hospitals listed above.
